grand kai,i bet could beat cell he just couldnt keep up with goku and pikkon lol.....yet! he deserves WAYYYYY more props then what he got he within a split second got from the start of the finsih line to the end and everyone even goku was like O.O what the hellz lol so yea hes pretty bad ass!
