Thanks to :iconduckie5: I finally got myself into watching the last two episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and they kind of changed my view on Prince Zuko. From the pretty standard brat boringly devoted to revenge/atonement he turned into a person who can actually enjoy and learn from watching the dragons dance. Not that I didn't expect it at all, but still...

Anyway. So, I got an idea of a picture of him in my mind, and I spent an hour sketching the centre figure and flat-colouring it. Since I won't finish it today, I'm posting it for comments/critique. Please don't hesitate to say as much as you want, I know the sketch is very rough and has a lot of problems.

Some comments: I deliverately decided to leave the part of the legs out since the footwork of firebending and kung fu are weirdly different. Sword's handle will be added later along with other details. And, in case you know him only from the first seasons, this is actually his new emo haircut, it's not my crazy invention =D

I think this is going to turn out to be pretty spectacular. I can't wait to see the finished product.
